Alex is a certified Advanced Designer, Advanced Inspector and Service Provider for onsite wastewater treatment systems (septic systems) in the State of Minnesota. In addition Alex has his Masters of Civil Engineering Degree with a focus in water resources and is a licensed professional engineer focusing on environmental engineering. Alex has worked as a government inspector, company safety and regulatory officer, environmental engineer and as an environmental consultant. In addition Alex is a certified Type IV wastewater operator in the State of Minnesota.
Alex brings years of experience from varying perspectives that allows him to provide the best possible service for our clients.
In addition to his experience in the environmental arena Alex also has been very active in helping people impacted by homelessness and poverty in Minnesota.
Alex founded Ten Thirty Environmental Solutions, SBC with the idea that he not only wanted to do the work that he enjoyed, but also to help those in need in the community. The Ten Thirty referenced in the name is from the parable in the Bible of the Good Samaritan, and Alex believes that parable shows not only how we should treat those people who are hurting around us, but also how we should treat those we conduct business with on a daily basis. Alex lives in Blaine with his wife and three kids.
Our owner, Alex, is a licensed professional Engineer in the state of Minnesota (License #58962). We are also a licensed Subsurface Sewage Treatment System business in the state of Minnesota, allowing us to provide Advanced design, Advanced Inspection and Service Provider work to our clients (license #L4082). We hold the required bond of $25,000 as well as the $1,000,000 in required general liability insurance. In addition to these basic requirements for licensure we have an additional $100,000 of errors and omissions insurance to ensure our clients are protected, and we are, in the event we make an unintentional error in our work.
We are continually looking to improve our services and our knowledge base. As such Our owner is currently the President of the Minnesota Onsite Wastewater Association (MOWA) board. MOWA is a trade association of wastewater professionals in Minnesota with a primary goal to promote professionalism in the onsite wastewater industry. We believe that active participation in this group helps us to stay on top of emerging issues and implement best practices to best serve our clients. Find out more about MOWA.
